CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee. Appointments that are missed or cancelled same day, will incur 100% fee. Fees are a percentage of service total. Appointments that require a deposit, may be rescheduled 1 time. After second reschedule, you forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be paid to book another appointment. Deposits are credited towards your service. All deposits are non refundable.
